Default Where can you buy fuel filter assembly at?

My fuel valve is frozen and looks like the bowl has a hairline crack. Where can you buy new filter assemblies at?

Bill

I got one at a local Tractor Supply Co. store. Other Farm stores might carry them too.

I got my fuel bowl from one of the guys here that has parts back in 03.

That plastic bowl cracks after so many years.

You may look at TSC or whatever your local tractor store may have in stock that may work.

Ok, I got the fuel assembly apart and it was just stuck. The fuel bowl was not cracked just looked like it. I got it cleaned up pretty good. I have another question though about the NAPA filter # 3264 that I was given as a replacement filter. As looking in the pics it is way shorter than what was in the fuel assembly but the one that was in it was sitting in crud in the bottom of the bowl. Is the shorter NAPA 3264 the correct replacement? Should there be some room at the bottom for crud? Did this have the incorrect length filter in it? Wushaw, what filter do you use?

thanks,
Bill

BT,

I get parts for my Satoh Bull from Paul and Anne Marie at Small Import Tractor Supply. They came through admirably. 503-628-6319 is their number.

I have only replaced my filter once so far and it came with the fuel bowl.
I do believe it looks like a long GM filter used in the old Quadrajet carburetors, atleast that is what I am going to try next time.

GM used a short ( @ 1" long) and a long filter ( close to 2" )
If that one in the picture is the long one I would try it.

I didn't want to start a new thread, so I revived an old one to enter the following information. I did not want my three hours to go to waste.

A link to the fuel filter assembly, which contains part numbers:

Parts and Diagrams for Cub Cadet 7193 Tractor

It's for a Cub Cadet 7193 tractor, which is apparently a Mitsubishi.
