Default Info on Bison S670

I have a Ford 8N, but need some more grip for the hills and would like to have the live PTO. So I found this Bison near me with a 25HP Diesel 4x4 Satoh. The tractor has a new clutch assy, fuel lines and other misc. They said it is stuck in 4wd. What would this mean and is it a problem. I would use in 4wd most of the time, but wear and tear is greater most likely. They want $2000. What is the lift capacity of the 3 point? Does this tractor have auxy hydraulics in back or front? I think this tractor has hi/low range which would be good in 4wd. It runs good and everything works, but may have a slight drip from oil pan. Not much collects in a week about 2 ounces at most. It is cold in Northern Colorado and would this be bad to start in winter? Can I also install a loader and backhoe on this if I find a subframe? Any other info would be good. Thank you for your answers!

I have a Mitsu MT180 which is quite similar.
Block hearer will take care of winter starts.
Mine starts at -25.
4 WD shifter could be as simple as a snapped roll pin in the linkage (happened to me) but fixable for a couple of $$.
3 point will be powerfull enough to lift the front end off of the ground if un weighted.
Aux hydraulics was an optional block affair at rear, however there are other ways to add extra hydraulics.
FEL could cost as much as the purchase price of the tractor and require adaption to install.
Same for BH. Costly!
Is PTO standard rotation? costly to change if not.

$2000 is a very reasonable price.
