New to MT372

I have a newly acquired MT372. I have no idea how to run it. Can someone explain the two levers on either side of the gearshift?

The one on the left is for the 3 speed pto. The one on the right is high and low range for the transmission.

You will begin to realize how much work you can do with a tractor. Soon you will be operating it without even thinking about levers and such. Pretty cool.
