Default Bought

I bought the 3840 and I am very pleased so far, although I do not have the correct manual.I am going to receive a manual shortly,I can not find in the manual I have about the red p light on my instrument panel,What is this light for?Is something wrong with the tractor?Thank You, trubicon

Congrats on the new tractor! Have fun and be safe.

On my tractor the red ((P)) light comes on every time the brakes are activated. I do not notice it much because it is very hard to see in the sunlight.

That light is for the parking brake. If it stays on all the time you either have your brake on or something is wrong and have it looked at. If it just comes on when you press on the brake pedal you are alright. If its like my tractor the brake lights come on just like a cars lights when you press the pedal, kinda cool when you are driving down the road with people behind you. You can put your signal light on and use your brake lights to tell them you are going to stop or turn.
