I have a MTD/Yard Machines 17/42 and an inherited like new Snapper 36" LTST snowthower attachment I would like to use on it.
The attachement was for a Snapper LT16 and only used once. The mount will bolt right up to the front of the MTD and the lift arm connects the same way.
What I need to figure out is how to get the PTO drive to the blower drive pulley.
Has anyone on here done this before??

Any insight or help is sincerely appreciated.
It looks like I need a double pulley setup to route the belt from horizontal to the vertical blower drive.

It appears that I need the two vertical side by side pulleys spaced about as wide as the PTO pulley that gets mounted on a bracket up front below the
blower drive to route the belt to it. Snapper calls theirs a Mule drive. I will try to get some pictures.
