Jim is 100% correct that sometimes we are "too close" to the problem. I had an issue at work that had been a real pain for almost a month. I took a week away from it, revisited it yesterday and figured it out quickly.

Frustration can really cloud things, don't be too hard on yourself.

It got fixed, you learned, it's all good.
