Default Ford diesel cam bearing question

Rebuilding my motor tonight and the crank bearig closest to the front of the motor has two holes and behind those two holes which are oil holes the other 3 have the oil holes but the back has no hole in the block metal

Hole closest to the front of motor

2nd from the front the other two look exactly the same is this fine or are there supposed to be holes behind all four of them
