where is the drain cock on a Tl 90?

I was going to add antifreeze and needed to drain the radiator. I couldn't see a drain cock. I think there must be one. The radiator is full of water but the overflow tank is empty. Ineed to add at least a gallon of antifreeze.

There may be a plug located in the steel elbow leading to the radiator bottom tank (LH side). But sometimes one of the cab heater hose connections occupies that space, and you have to pull the hose off to drain the rad. There is also a block drain almost dead center of the LH side of the block about 24MM or 27MM hex. But this spot can also be occupied by one of the engine oil cooler lines if there is a small oil cooler beneath the oil filter. Again, you must remove the hose there if it is present. Complete draining will require opening both locations.
