1500 tie rod end needed

Anyone have a good source for tie rod ends? Right side broke and I'd like to replace both so it's good for another 31 years

It looks like the part # is SBA334800231 But you'd better check that number to be sure.
New Holland says it is still available but at $128 I would be tempted to look for another source.
Take your old one down to your local Napa or favorite parts store and ask them to try to match it up.
They can measure it and compare it to others in the book.
You would be surprised at how often you can find a generic tie rod end that will work.
Otherwise you could find one that matches the taper and weld it onto your tie rod.
I have done that several times with good results. A little grinding, a little bondo and some blue paint and you are good to go.

Hey Dog, thanks for the reply. I did find a used one online for 28us, but will take it to the parts store and see if I can get lucky

I did get one at the parts store. With some persuasion from a grinder and a welder it works fine. Thanks again Ultradog
