just wanted to know if anyone out there had a copy of a New Holland 316 owners, operators and or service manual thanks in advance or if you can help with my post in haying with a 316 problem

Publication 42031613 is the operator's manual for the 316. You can buy a legitimate pdf download here: Choose Items for $23.92. There is no factory service manual, but the op manual will give you a great deal of troubleshooting and timing info.
