What would be a fair price for a TN75DA, FWD, cab, 16.9x30 R1's, 16x16 mechanical shuttle, 115 hours with remaining warrantee from CNH dealer?

No loader. A friend told me he thought they were asking around $30K or a little less. I'd like to have and idea before going in to look/talk. Thanks for the info.

A loader is worth 5 to 6k, so 30k seems in the ballpark
The cab is NICE.
