Price Check Help Pricing a 2002 NH TC35D 4x4 Package deal

I had a man call me last night and wants to come today and offer a price on this tractor package. I have a 2002' New Holland TC35D 4x4, Hydroststic transmission, 16LA FEL, 364 hours on tractor, great shape. Also have Brush Hog Squeeler 600 cutter, post hole digger, brush hog box blade and a 2004' Perkins 20' electric brake trailer with fold down ramps in the rear and a side ramp up front to load 4 wheeler or golf cart etc... I've owned it for a couple years and I only put on 150 hours so you can see that I really don't need this. I paid somewhere around $21,500 and just need some help from ya'll for a good fair price for me to sell.

I would probably offer 18,500$, assuming the trailer is something like 1500$, and the attachments are worth 1000. This is not an expert opinion, I am in Kansas, and I buy at the lower end of the price scale. You may want to look at tractorhouse.com to get a feel for prices.
