Good price for TC21 W/Backhow $13,000

Hi,

I just came across a 2005 TC21, 160hrs, 12LA loader and Woods 6000 backhoe and the asking price is $13,000 OBO. I'm not familiar with the pricing on New Hollands, does this seem like a fair price?

Yeah, a good number. I have 10,000 tied up in one with a loader and mower only.
