I am new to this forum, but so far am enjoying the posts immensely. My question is this: My dad has a Ford 1100,which is a SMALL utility tractor, 2 cyl diesel (approx 15 hp) with 4wd, locking differential, 5 speeds forward, one reverse, dual range, 3 pt hydraulic hitch, non-live pto, manufactured in about 1978 with slightly less than 1000 hours on it. Front tires need to be replaced, and there is rust on the white paint, but none on the blue. It has a 4 ft economy blade with it. How much do you think it is worth? He is going to sell it on the local market in Missouri. Thanks.

Hmm, are you sure it is an 1100? I for one haven't heard of that model... anyone know if it was in a series of tractors? I could only find one reference to one being sold, and that was in the $3,800 range and no info was available. But other than that I can't find any for sale or recently sold.

Good luck... and welcome to the forum!

Consulting my handy dandy Ford wall chart of drawings of all the Fords (and NH's) it shows the 1100-1900 series tractors were made/sold 1979-82. These were replaced by the "10" series tractors (I have a 1983 1710), and these were in turn replaced by the "20" series tractors in about 1990? There's also a 1715 and 1725 tractors (along with 11 13 15 19 21 etc) I don't know what story is with those.

The Ford 1100 was made from 79-82. It was a 2 cylinder, 13 horse power diesel.

Thanks for the help. My Dad listed it for $3250 with blade, disc, plow, and an estate mower in need of a new deck. It is definitely an 1100, by the way.
