who is the company who manufacturers the 1999 1530 i know it's a shibura engine i'm assuming thats japanese.

As far as I know their both are manufactured by the same company(shibaura).

I would check on the parts availability. When it breaks ( and it will ) if you can't find parts you will have a great lawn ornament. ( ask me how I know ? , a 1200 maybe ! )
