I have found a 2008 TN70A with FWD, 700 hours, and a brand new front end loader will be included in the deal. It has some cosmetic wear and some minor damage to the step on the right side that has been welded back. The turf tires look good. The asking price is $18,000. Is this a reasonable price?

Also, is there anything I should be checking for, that may not be obvious on a used tractor? It will have a 30 day warranty.

Thanks for your input. This would be my first tractor to own that is less than 50 years old.

Look on tractor house to get a feeling for prices on that model...
With a new FEL that price to me seems reasonable...
I would think that a new FEL for that size tractor would be north of $5K...
That would put the value of the tractor right at $13K...
To me that price looks more than fair...

Price is fair but make sure the FEL is not being installed the cheap way by using one of the current remotes. I added a FEL to my TN75 and it cost $6K but some of that cost was because of installing one more remote.
