Used Ford 1700 parts machine value??

I'm asking this to help a computer-less friend sell his used 1700. The machine has around 1900 hours and the 3 pt hitch does not "work". The tires and rims are shot bigtime. It is 4WD and has good front and rear axles and the tranny is good. It has a good FEL on it. Engine was good when the 3 pt conked out. Injector pump was good.

Forgetting the lousy tires and rims, what is the rest of this unit worth to a prospective owner? Tractor is in Connecticut, the notoriously overtaxed and debt ridden state.

Under $20 , 3point system can be fixed as long as fel work. If the engine is in a good shape then it'll be a shame to get rid of it for 3 points only.

It should be worth from 1500 to 2500 just depends on how it runs and looks the loader is worth from 500 to 1250 it is worth more if tractor and loader is should seperately
