New Holland TC250 WIW

   / New Holland TC250 WIW #2
I would say they goofed the model number and it is a TC25D. The TC25D used the NH 7308 loader (among some other models, but the TC25D is the closest to TC250 New Holland has ever made. 1600 hours is far from "like new", but 1600 well maintained hours shouldn't have hurt it any. The newest it could be is 2003, but it could be as old as 1999. Check the tags on the machine for the build date. As far as if it is a good buy, that depends on how high the bidding goes. Here are some others for sale so you can compare and get an idea:

The most comparable I see is:
NEW HOLLAND TC25D
Nice Tractor-loader-backhoe hydrostatic drive 4wd Transmission Type: Hydro, Differential Lock, PTO: 540

For Sale Price: USD $17,500

Hours: 1,626
Drive: 4 WD
Horsepower: 25
Serial Number: G019570

That is in Frederick Maryland, where nothing is cheap; so I'd not consider that price as being "standard".

That's a TC25D.

Good tractor. 17,500 is way too much. At auction, I'd be trying to get it for 10-12 grand if it looks like it's in good shape. Hours aren't low by any means, but it can be a good machine if it's been cared for.

For comparison, I saw a TC45 with a loader and backhoe, 4wd, HST for 18,500 last year. Not as nice cosmetically, but a lot more tractor. Lower hours too at around 900.
