used ford/nh1925 and new hollandtc25 fair prices

going to look at 2 tractors that caught my eye at one of the local dealers. the 1925 is a bit older as it is a ford/nh i think its probably around 97 or 98 vintage? it has a fel, r4s and looks to be in really good shape it has about 750hrs on it. the other is a nh tc25 w/ fel and r4s, and has about 475 hrs on it. i been trying to figure out a fair price on these machines as they are used. it seems that the going price should be about 11k for the 1925 and about12.5k for the tc25? but i'm not too sure just wondering if you guys could give some insight. thanks jim.

Last year I bought our 1925 for about that price, it got kind of muddled when equipment, trailer, trading and all started to come into play.

Mine has Hydro, R1, 7308 Loader and about 1000 hours and was in "fair" shape.

I believe you will find some places rating the 1925 as 34hp and some as 35hp. One of the sites I saw had them being made to 98 but when I looked in my owners manual, and read the data plate, I read it as a 00 so I need to go visit my dealer to see what I am not understanding.
