Hello,

I'm writing in to ask for some help with information on a NH 1920. I'm looking at a 1997, 281hrs and it comes with a 7308 loader and a spreader. Asking is $15k. It drove well, lines are dry, bucket was in good shape. The only apparent issue was that it had more rust working than other used tractors I've seen. Any comment or recommendations are truly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
John

Hey John, I just picked up a '98 1920 4x4, loader with a 757C backhoe for $17K. The price was fair, not a steal, not a ripoff. 192 Hours, clean, dry and 95% tires. The loader bucket is bent in the middle slightly I suppose from lifting with a chain. I recently saw an '86 1710 4x4, loader backhoe with Top 'n Tilt at a local dealer. It was dry, with about 900 hours on it and he was firm on $15,500 so I figured I can get a bigger, newer, less used, cleaner 1920 for the cost of Tax as I bought it on EBay from a guy in Texas who delivered is for a nominal charge. I also got a 16' trailer for $500 in the deal as the guy didn't want to haul it back to Texas.

Hope this helps. I've already got about 12 hours on the tractor using the backhoe and love it. Good luck to you.

I've attached a picture for you to compare.
