Tractor
New Holland 1920
I have been offered a 1920 w/ 7308 loader & 758c backhoe. Tractor has approx 100 hours and is in excellent condition(has been garaged). Was purchased new in Oct.2000. It has turf tires but unknown which transmission or bucket sizes. Is $17000 a fair price? It is a friend's father. Thanks for any info Billfires

We had a comparable unit on consignment at the dealership where I work. The asking price was $16,900 and it sold in about a month. I don't know how close the sale price was to the asking price, but I'm guessing it wasn't too far off.

Billfires, I picked up a 1920, 4x4, w/ FEL and the 757C backhoe in Oct for $17K and the guy threw in the trailer for $600. It had 192 hours on it and was pretty clean. I've since put about 60 hours on it, dug over 1500' of trench and have been pleased with it. I think I got a fair price, neither paid too much nor too little. When I posted what I'd picked up, the group seemed to think I got a good deal.

It's a tough little tractor. Todd in Placerville

Bought the 1920 today, it had 70 hours and is the synchro shuttle trans, has 68 inch front bucket and h.d. 16 inch backhoe bucket.Does anyone know what the equivalent R-4 or R-1 tires would be to the 18.4-16.1 rears and 27x8.50-15 front s? Thanks for any info.
