758C BH lifting capacity
There are times when it would be easier in tight places to lift something with the BH instead of the FEL. I don't recall any statisics on lifting power, just digging force in lbs. The dipperstick has appx 2500 lbs of digging force. Could one conclude that the hyd. cylinder could lift the same weight with the cylinder going the other way? I won't hold anyone responsible for your opinion since I am ultimately responsible with what I do with my tractor. Maybe some of you have used yours to lift. Any info appreciated.

Re: 758C BH lifting capacity
Dave, I have not seen any lift specs on my 758C but can tell you that it will lift a GM 350 motor (but not at full extension). Also I have had some big stumps that the BH would not lift but was able to lift them with the 7308 loader (1100# capacity).Bill C

Re: 758C BH lifting capacity
Well, that tells me that it won't lift near as much as the loader (14LA) Thanks.

758c operator's manual part #87047018
page 29:
bucket digging force 3,550 lbs.
dipperstick digging force 2,225 lbs.
operating pressure 2150 psi
sorry, but there's nothing on lifting force

Re: 758C BH lifting capacity
Yea, I got the same owners manual but like you, weren't suscessful in finding any numbers. I guess if I need to lift something with it it will either lift it or it won't. I always have the 14LA loader and It will lift much more than the BH. Thanks for the input.
