Ford 1210 hydrualic filter

New to me Ford 1210, I want to change the hydraulic filter and fluid, does it have a hydraulic filter or just a washable screen filter or both, it has a hydrostatic trans, seem a little slow in high range, don't know the maint. history, any help appreciated.

1210 hydro has both a cleanable suction screen and spin on charge pressure hydro filter.

Where is the screen filter located and does any one know the number for the spin on filter other than going to the Ford place

Any CarQuest or Napa will cross the number over.

On the 1700 the screen is on the right side of tractor between trannie and rear axle. Just trace suction line of hydraulic pump. Also good time to clean out the sump while you have screen out.

I recently acquired a 1984 Ford 1210
with standard transmission and 740 hr on it and FEL. Right away i changed the engine oil, filter, and air filter, now for the the hydraulic filter, i am having a very hard time locating a replacement, in 1986 i believe Ford introduced a spin on filter to thie 1210 unfortunately mine is a 1984 and only has the small filter behind the screen in the filter housing above the hydro pump. I did not drain the hydro oil yet to see and take measurements on this filter, however if anybody here know where i could find such filter let me know, your replies are much appreciated. mentioned
