Do you have to jiggle your shuttle lever to start?
I have a Ford 1920 with the shuttle shift and I have to jiggle the shuttle lever more and more to find the "sweet spot" to get it to start. It is taking longer and longer to find the spot and was wondering if anyone here has had that problem and what can be done about it? Can the switch be adjusted? I know the switch is beside the steering column but I don't know how to get to it to see if it can be adjusted.

Replace the switch. It can be done by pulling up the soft steering column cover and removing the center panel below the dash, beside the ignition switch.
