apparently so. It is a friend of mines tractor that I was helping him with. It has a slight trouble occasionally with "creep" where when you stop it may barely "creep" in reverse. It probably has a slight amount of wear on the spool valve that this rod moves and someone tried to adjust it before to prevent this. He said it has always done this and that you have to "rock" the pedal to center this spool valve to make it stop.

You can adjust the creep by adjusting "item A" in the drawing provided earlier in this blog. Loosen the nut and adjust. No problem....
