I was switching from the turfs to the Industrials - Going to mow the fields in Maine again this weekend, when I saw grime on the Right front hub.

I checked the oil level & it was OK, but the oil was dirty /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif. Then I checked the left front oil level, what a PITA, you have to loosten up the steering cylinder attachment to get the bolt out /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif That level was OK, but the oil was dirty there too /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif.

I changed out the dirty oil & put fresh oil in. I also wiped up the grime, couldn't tell where the leak was coming from.

I've attached a couple pix - The first one is the grimey hub

Dirty Oil on top of picture, vs clean oil towards bottom

Somebody was wondering how to get the oil in the hubs, this worked pretty well for me. Don't worry, I used the proper oil, this quart was empty & convenient for filling the hub.
