When was the last time your filter was changed? Will it move when your oil is cold? And dose it make a oil by passing sound when you move the pedal?

Hydro oil was just changed. New filter. When it's cold the pedal will go about halfway down and whine and flutter and the tractor moves a little. I roll the tractor back and forth with the fel and sometimes the pedal will get hard like it's supposed to and the will tractor will move fine. I discovered this by towing it in the shop the first time I started it and it wouldn't move. Don't know if the rolling it actually helps of if it just works after a while on its own

As JJ would say" Get a Gauge to measure your Hydraulics".

New oil, new filter, new behavior? Could be related.

Is this the first time the temperature outdoors has been cold since the change?

Did you use the recommended hydraulic fluid and filter?
