Having a little problem trying to remove the cowl panels from our Ford 3600, all the rest of the panels came off easy enough. Wonder if anybody has any suggestions.

Good information on this forum, thanks for your help.

You talking about the small steering tins under the dash? 4 pieces in all?
Perhaps you hare having trouble removing the two little front pieces?
The right side should come off easily if you remove the rear pieces first then turn the steering wheel one way or another to get it to slip out from around the sector shaft.
Then you should be able to reach in on top of the tranny and remove the bracket that holds the front tins.
Then remove the left tin. The left side is harder because of the pump.

Thanks for the reply. We are going to give that a try.
