Kubota B7610
Hi

I live in northern Alberta on a small acreage. I own a Kubota B7610 HST with a front end loader, Land Pride rear 3pt hitch blade and a Land Pride rear 3pt hitch finishing mower.
I used to farm in Manitoba back in the 70s and 80s.

Temperatures are within 10 degrees either side of the freezing point. We have about an inch of snow. We are living near Fort McMurray and 30 miles north of us are the open pit tar sand mines and south of us are the SAGD oil wells (Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage).
Real estate prices have dropped a bit, but a 1400 sq. ft., 2 story house sells for around $750,000.
