Hello TractorByNet members,
My name is Mark and I'm completely new to tractor equipment. My wife and I have been suburban home-owners for decades. But last year we got frustrated with the Home Owner's Association and "Deed Restrictions". So we bought a 7.5 acre parcel in Cecil County, MD and have all the new challenges of rural life including well pumps, septic fields and tractors.
My old yard tractor was not enough for the scale of the new place and I found a used utility tractor, Cub Cadet 7275 with PTO and Cat.1 hitch. Since then I've added a King Kutter FM60 finish mower, a Befco T40 rototiller, a Woods XT160 Brush Hog rotary cutter and an assortment of smaller items.
It's been a rewarding adventure to settle into this new lifestyle amongst a great bunch of neighbors; Amish and "English".
Thanks,
Mark
