Just signed up as a new member and look forward to hopefully learning some tricks of the trade so to speak. Closing on a small farm in 2 weeks, and been researching various tractor models, implements.... I'm leaning toward a Kioti CK3510. My father n law has an older Kioti he's used and abused around his farm, and also used it at a fairly good sized turkey farm for many years. It's been a great tractor for him, and I've also enjoyed using it too.

Few details about what I plan to use a new tractor for on the new property:

1. A lot of brush and small tree removal along the edge of a creek that runs through the entire property
2. Re-grading banked turn areas that were previously turns for a motocross track
3. Prepping & planting whitetail food plots
4. General maintenance type work - bush hogging...

Appreciate any advice, recommendations and tips anyone may have, and look forward to learning more! :drink:

Ratchet Rake bucket attachment. FEL articulation makes this a reasonable endeavor. See Photo #1

3. Prepping & planting whitetail food plots
A Disc Harrow followed by a Cultipacker is the most used combination.
A Field Cultivator can be used alone in MOIST soil, or the seed can be rolled in with a Cultipacker.

Operating an inherently unstable tractor on a slope can be hazardous. Use caution. If you will operate on slopes regularly solicit advice here on how to have dealer set up your tractor to operate SAFELY on slopes.

4. General maintenance type work - bush hogging...
Rotary Cutter; Bush Hog is a popular brand of Rotary Cutter.
