We see too many threads deteriorate into abusive name calling as it is. People invariably take sides and the outcome is never good.
This would be nice. In real life however the clientele is then relegated to being so diluted that the company can do anything it wants as long as enuf of its products sell to keep it in business. The issue of the other thread was, more than anything, one of common courtesy. On the surface, thru 2 reported communications, with pics, it appeared as if a disconnect had arisen in the company which seemed to separate action from intelligence. I think we all would like to know the conclusion and we need to to have any relevance as customers. And the company, being on the forum, would benefit.
