Default Fair Price for a TC18 4WD Hydro front loader/belly mower/rear grader

I have a TC18 that is approximately a 1998 model. It has a front loader, a belly mower, a 5' rear grader and chains. The tractor has less than 500 hours on the diesel engine. It has turf tires on it. The tractor is in excellent condition and has always been well serviced and under cover.

I am moving to a smaller place in the city very soon and need to sell this rig in the next couple of weeks. What is an estimated fair market price for this tractor?

Any suggestions on how to market this tractor so I don't have it for a long period of time trying to sell it? The Tractor is located in Huntington, Indiana.

Any help would be appreciated.

On such short notice, I would talk to your dealer about selling under consignment. Many will do that for a small percentage. It will get good exposure there, and they can handle paperwork if it doesn't sell until after you move.

I think you will do better via private sale - classified ad here on tbn, ebay or craigslist come to mind. At a dealership you are competing against the 0 or low interest financing.

That said, I think you'd move it fast if priced under $10K. It took me a few weeks to sell my TC18 last summer. I think it went for either $11,500 or $12,500 don't really remember, it had the loader, 2 belly mowers (60 & 54), R4 & turf tires, rear hydraulic remote, hydraulic toplink, and a rear snowblower. It was a 2002 model with 690 hours.
