Dunno 'bout that Rick; kinda hope you're wrong. Don't they live on in the Indian made Farmtracs? Those tractors are supposedly built in India in plants that formerly built tractors for Ford. Have heard that a great many parts from the Fords built in the 70's will bolt right onto the new Farmtracs; and vice versa. Engine displacements (from 156 to 200 cu. in.) are the same as the old Fords and, I think, bore and stroke is too. Of course all I have is hearsay. Can anyone confirm this? Bob |

I meant the original, not a knockoff. Ford never built tractors in India, they may have bought some old tooling to use there. I think the interchangeability between Ford and Farmtrac diminishes when you get closer than 10 feet to one.
