Default 67 New Holland Hayliner problem

My baler puts more hay on one side of the twine than the other. It was making a banana bale until I shortened the bale up.I also adjusted the fingers that pull the hay in.Any suggestions?

are both sides of the bale tensitioning springs at the same level, if one side is looser than the other it can cause a banana bale.
