Default blowing safety system fuse #2 on TC40D

I have just had a similar issue with the fuse #2 on the TC40D as have been reported in earlier posts. There are no obvious wire problems with only 160 hours. From one moment to the next the fuse constantly blows when the ignition is turned to the starter engage position. Is there any safety system bypass on this tractor? Can someone tell me where the neutral position switch is located and which relays in the array are those for the safety system? Are there other components to check? How have similar problems been resolved? I will try replacing with the 8 Amp circuit breaker but given how strongly the fuse blows I doubt this will correct the problem - it seems to be a direct short.

I have sent jacksotheby a PM, offering to send him the schematics as an email attachment. I don't want to post them here because they are copyrighted, and that puts TBN at risk.
