Default TC18 and Pat\'s Easy Change

This is my first post although I have been reading this
forum for over a year now. A real education - thanks
to all.

I am thinking of getting the Pat's Easy Change setup and
am wondering if anyone has any comments on using it.
Also, the 3pt arms on my TC18 seem to have just shy
of the 4" of straight area which is listed as one of the
requirements. Has anyone used them on a TC18?
Thanks!

Guy.

Inspector507 has used them on his TC18. They worked pretty well from what I saw. I still haven't ordered a set for my 24, even though I keep saying that I am.

Guy,
Jim was correct, I have them on my TC18. They will work. The only 2 problems I had were
#1 I could not get the pin to go in, on one of them. Now I just read another post a few days ago that that theirs had the hole drilled incorrectly and Pat sent out a new one. I just chamfered the egdes of the pin and drove it in...

#2 I cannot use my Yanmar tiller with them on unless I plan on moving the pins on the tiller. I will probably get around to doing that someday. For now I just take them off since tilling is not on my most frequent list.

Actually, I just thought of another issue. The silly little 29¢ cotter pin that keeps the spring on broke off. You have to remove the hook from the arm to replace it. I will next time For now, the bar just sits in the toolbox on the TC18.
Order extra bent washers. You get 2 or 3 sets and might need more.
I was missing a bolt or two, but they came in the mail no charge 3 days later. I would highly recommend them.

Thanks! I'll be ordering a set in a week or so. I'll post and
let everyone know how I like them.

Guy.
