I have an NH TC40 with th 12x12 Shuttle Shift transmission. I have approximately 100 hrs on the tractor and the gear shift is extremley hard to shift. Does anyone have suggestions or have experienced similar problems?

Lube the points as recommended, and be sure your trans fluid is filled to the proper mark. May take up to 250 hours for the shifting to smooth out. I'm just about at 120 hrs, and it's just starting to glide in and out of gears. TC48DA. Up shifts are easier, down shifing is now becomming smoother.
