51315 comes up. That's a
very common 3/4-16 thread filter, (there are a pile of filters in that category, like the MotorCraft FL400, Purolator L10241, Fram 8316, etc..) but, anything is possible with a Chinese tractor. You could try one of those filters (Fram and MC around $3.50 at Wally's; the Puro is about the same at Advance Auto, etc...) for fit, and see what happens.

51381. Wait a minute - the 51381 is a "lube Filter"; you said yours is a fuel filter. Hmmm, is yours a spin-on filter? Maybe they're using it for a fuel filter. Darn Chinese anyway - in cahoots with WalMart to take over the world...</edit>
