i bought 20L of AgriTrans, a Caltex(Texaco) Hydro/Trans fluid that meets the requirements. It has made a difference to it already, smoother and easier gear changes and quieter hydro pump and rams.

If it seems like it's working, you should be ok. I tried a off-brand ($25 for 5 gals))in my tractor and the tractor shifted fine but I would get brake chatter on steep hills. I went back to HY-guard($55 for 5 gals) and it went away.

I went with Amsoil and it was quieter and smoother. I don't know if you can get Amsoil down under.

I have a greymarket Yanmar and use the same fluid that is recommended for John Deere tractors since Yanmar made the motors for John Deere I thought that would be a good oil. So far it is working good. Cant remember the number maybe 202, but Atwoods only had two types and one was for JD. I had both types and visually I couldnt tell any difference.
