If you mill or tap aluminum, try A9. Works great.
.
Do alot of aluminum. Havent heard of A9? who makes it?
I am generally limited to what they decide to order at work. And they order alot so I have a big selection.
Crown butter-cut in the quart can
Liquid wrench in the quart can
and the following in spray cans:
chesterton 395
crown all 4
CRC cutting and taping oil (real foamy and sticky) which I like for tapping
Tap tool
aero kroil
Generally, I grab the tap tool or crown all 4 when doing aluminum. Both are light weight and thin kinda like wd40. The CRC is great for tapping cause it is real tacky.
When milling or turning aluminum, I usually use coolant oil. Mister on the mill and flood cooling on the lathe.
