ac/dc fuel pump
I have been putting together things to make diesel transfer tank. I will probably use a hand pump since I will want to use it while in the pickup, and also sitting at home. It got me thinking though, does anyone make an ac/dc transfer pump? I have seen things before that will work on both 110 ac and 12v dc, so I know the motors are possible. It would be a good idea I think, but have never seen one.

Never seen one but you can go either way and with a battery charger run s DC unit or a small inverter run an AC unit.

Re: ac/dc fuel pump
Have never seen a dual voltage motor, only 12v with a big 120volt power supply, and you have to watch a lot of chargers are only 1/2 wave rectification so there will be alot of chop in the DC.
