Bobcat T-190
I have a T-190 that I got stuck in the mud and was almost standing straight up with the motor running for about 15 minutes and then the motor shut off. Once I got it pulled out it started but the oil pressure went to 0 after running for only a few minutes. I have replaced the bearings, oil pump and cleaned everything out , I installed a manual oil pressure gauge to bypass the oil sending unit and now after running the oil pressure goes down to almost nothing once the machine heats up. Any suggestions. I don't want to have to replace the motor but it looking like that may be my next step.

Did you replace the cam bearings as well ? Cam bearings dont normally knock or tick when worn and the first symptom is usually low oil pressure because the clearances have grown too large.
