    Default Hydraulic fluid change intervals

How often are we supposed to change the hyd/trans fluid. My manual says every 2 yrs. or 300 hrs. How often are you guys changing fluid. I will never hit 300 hrs. in 2 years, but waiting that long seems like too long. I dont know how much wear this stuff gets. Seems like it gets a good workout while running the loader and hoe. Mike

Inspect your fluid for water contamination regularly and change if contaminated. Otherwise the manufacturers recommended interval should be fine. Change it more often if you want it will not hurt anything and could possibly add a bit to the life of your tractor.
