Well, what do you know! eBay decided that blatent fraud on lying about the tractor was just a little too much for them. The auction has been removed.

Well they RE-LISTED that tractor. The very first line of the guy's description reads as follows: I had to relist this tractor because I put on the title that it was the same as a L5030 Kubota. |

Soundguy )</font> Chris, I'm trusting my memory, but I it was a 2004 (might have been '03) Kioti DK50 or DK55. The title of the post was something very much like "Kioti DKxx, same as Kubota L5030" In the post he implied it was a clone of the Kubota machine but it was worded pretty carefully, sort of indicating (but not actualy claiming) that Kioti was a copy of Kubota or possibly (again he was fairly sly) a Korean division of Kubota. EBay pulled it as a fraud, he actually re-listed it and admitted that he had it listed as a Kubota-like tractor. He said it was a Kioti and clearly not a Kubota. If I recall he even listed it under Kubota originally. |
