If the machine requires an oil that is not listed on your oild utf can.. I think i would bite the bullet and get a new pail of utf that met the specs.
As for the crankcase oil... I guess CNH has gotten lazy with specs.. My last 2 NH manuals list the applicable sae / api specs for the diesel "c" rated oils.
As a last resort.. you can always look up the Nh part number and see what spec that oil is.. or use the most curent diesel rated oil available.. etc.
