My wife and I were just talking about that. I have been approached by four new home builders now, the fourth was was just yesterday. After doing a couple of new homes, I decided that's not what I want to do. However, if you had a couple of Bobcats and a guy to do the shovel and raking. it may not be so bad. But as it stands now, I am still a one man operation.

Hi DCS! I really appreaciate your post as I to have been starting a small tractor business in the houston area over the last year. Insurance has crossed my mind just haven't spent the money on it yet as I wanted to see how things went.

I will probably start looking in the next month or so as I have a few more jobs which are getting bigger.

How's the weather been affecting you lately - been putting me behind but trying to catch up!
