Yesterday I spent ~1.5 hours grinding stumps and clearing deadfall trees on a access/tractor road I am extending to a spot I plan to build a 100m rifle range. I also used my FS90 with the brush clearing blade and a small handsaw. One of my buddies came ver and we spent the day working. We also raked a good portion of the trails to my deerstand to make it quieter.

It will be a wonderful day when the double post bug is fixed.

It has been a busy and interesting week and a half. used the box blade to dig a trench to capture water coming off a hillside for a friend and then did the drive way up to the barn. Uphill drive. Then my Kioti decide to not start. trouble shooting showed a possible problem with the engine stop solenoid. Replaced the solenoid and it did the same thing. Engine starts no problem with the solenoid off and and stuck my finger in the push the plate to stop it. Took it to the dealer and after troubleshooting themselves, they went to Kioti and this morning got a reply. It turned out the module that holds the stop pin in the solenoid back for starts and some other functions also was bad. Replaced it and it works great. thanks goodness for the warranty. No charge for me...Got home and unloaded the tractor and got the snow plow hyd. working off the rear remotes..
Did get about 3 hours working the trench and drive tho...That was fun...
Helped a guy dig out his garage to get it ready for the concrete truck on Saturday. Had a fun 2 1/2 hrs.....
Haven't so much as sat in the seat in over 2 weeks (grass done, snow hasn't come yet). I just needed some fresh air, so I drove down the ATV trail, just about a 1/2 mile to the other end. Turned around and came home. Man, is that trail rough! I might have to use my rachetrake on it next year.
Yesterday I had to move the Tractor out of the Barn so I could move the Hay around and load in another 20 bales. I discovered a small anti-freeze leak. My own trouble-shooting Plus a call to Tony at LaVoie's it seemed the lower radiator hose clamps at both ends were slightly loose. I tightened them and warmed it up anddrove around. I moved some big pawlonia roots I had pulled out over the summer onto the burn pile, and I moved some brick pillars I plan to use as ballast into a spot easier to work with... They are VERY Heavy... I managed to get about 30 min or so of seat time before I put her away again...
Be well,

I used my tractor to brace my 16' ladder today. I am putting up one of those tarp buildings and the peak stands 12' up. I needed to work at the level of the peak so I raised my bucket and leaned the ladder against it. Very handy and stable.
