Finally put a hydraulic top-link on. From Agristoreusa.com. I made the mistake of not ordering their hose pair. I think I paid nearly $100 more to get some made. Will need to modify the top-link holder as well. Needs about 5" further reach.

My seat time was pushing out walnut and pine stumps that needed to be removed,

A 450 isn't a big dozer, but it does get the job done,

And with a few stumps out, I did a bit of "clean up" as I moved on,

Spent the last two afternoons trenching and putting a waterline in down to my wife's garden. Rented a trencher (that kicked my butt) and used the backhoe on the more treacherous areas. About 175ft of 1in black poly pipe and installed a frost free garden hydrant. Now I don't have to mow over and replace scalped hoses anymore and try to wrestle them out of the blackberry bushes in the fall! I'm a happy but tired camper! Wife is pretty thrilled about the DIY improvement as well.

I can see "off" as being pretty easy, but just how steady a hand do you have to have to get that top back "on"?

Only seat time so far today was about 30 minutes driving my son around. 15 months old and he can't get enough tractor time.
