After last winter where all of our all wheel/4 wheel drives were having problems with a couple spots in our 700 foot driveway I had to do something. Ended up using geotextile cloth in the real wet spots covered by 6 inches of 3 inch minus crushed concrete and then topped of with 3 inches of 3/4 minus crushed asphalt. One hundred and ten tons later I'm hoping I fixed the problem. So far it sure has smoothed out the ruts. I just need to move a little bit around to take care of where the truck (belly dump) missed.
